This property is 221 acres of Recreational-Hunting Paradise. Most of the property is located in Madison County. Bethel Cemetery Road is a County Public Road and is maintained by the county. Most of the property is in a Flood Plain with a very small area at the entrance (cattleguard) out of the Flood Plain.
Continue to travel past a couple of Oil wells and you will begin to get close to Bedias Creek that runs
through the property. There will be a bridge that is not operational at this time. Madison County is
currently in the process of starting repairs. This property has been leased for grazing and hunting for a
number of years but the lease has expired and the estate has decided to sell. There are trails that wind through the property and they can be visibly seen in the attached drone footage. This acreage is very
secluded and private but has the advantage of the county road that goes through the entire property
that is basically never used. No minerals are available.
